Producing a weekly podcast is no joke. There’s a lot that goes into it—and most people assume it’s this endless cycle of scrambling for ideas, messy editing marathons, and staying up late just trying to get something published. Honestly? That whole version of podcasting is exhausting and unsustainable.
But here’s the truth: it can actually be so much easier than that.
I’ve been producing podcasts for my three astrology clients for the past six months, and I’ve developed a method that allows you to produce your own podcast in 10 hours or less per month. Yes, really. And no—this does not cut corners. I’m a quality queen. Every detail matters to me. This system just lowers the barrier to entry so you can stay consistent and finally enjoy podcasting again.
Who I Am and Why I Do This
If this is your first time here, hi—I’m Liz. I’m a content producer and marketing strategist with five years of experience. I’ve worked with tons of small businesses, many in the wellness and spirituality space.
For the past six months, I’ve been producing podcasts for three astrologers. One client got monetized in under three months and hit 11,000 monthly viewers on her channel. The other two are also building really sustainable shows, whether through full-service production with me or consulting.
My whole mission is simple: I want you to create content that actually moves the needle in your business. Posting content just for the sake of “adding value” isn’t enough. Content should connect to something—whether it’s a free resource, a themed newsletter, or a paid offer. Otherwise, you’re creating in circles without building momentum.
What People Think Podcasting Looks Like
When most people think about starting a podcast, they imagine:
Scrambling for ideas
Hours of editing with little to no skill
Late-night uploads just to keep up
Not knowing keywords or optimization tactics
And while that feels overwhelming, it’s also why so many people give up before their show has a chance to succeed.
What Podcasting Can Actually Look Like
Instead, I want you to imagine sitting down with a clear system already created. You’ve got guardrails in place, you know exactly what you’re doing, and you can plug everything into your dedicated content hours.
Here’s the breakdown:
10 hours a month = 30 minutes every weekday OR 2.5 hours once a week
You can spread it out or batch it—it works either way
Even with a 9–5 job, this is completely doable
This is not about making things surface-level or rushing through them. In fact, I shared screenshots in my video walkthrough (linked below) so you can see exactly how I teach my clients to do this in a sustainable way.
Why This Matters
There’s nothing worse than pouring effort into content that leads nowhere. I know because I’ve been there. In my first business, I spent so much time creating content that never drove people to my actual products. And the advice I kept hearing—“just keep providing endless value”—wasn’t getting me anywhere.
What I’ve learned is that you need systems from the start. That’s what sets you up for growth, for consistency, and for trust with your audience by the time you’re ready to make a real offer.
And that’s exactly what this podcast system gives you.
Ready to Try It?
I’ve proven this method with my astrology clients, and it works because the guardrails are already there. That means consistency, creativity, and motivation can actually flow instead of burning you out.
